The hotel had decent rooms but lacked luxury. The room barely cooled down, was noisy from late bar parties, and had a TV in an odd position. On the bright side, the staff was accommodating. The location was great, next to the Cahal Pech Mayan ruins, although a steep hill walk to town. The dining was delicious and a good value for money, especially for kids under 12. The facilities were satisfactory.
